How much does each prompt cost?
ChatGPT 3.5 is faster and great at summarizing documents. For each 3.5 chat request, it uses 1 customer credit. A 3.5-16k request enables 6 times the context, great for summarizing large documents but costs 6 credits. GPT 4 is a much more intensive and powerful model that is significantly better at reasoning and analytics than 3.5. GPT 4 generally provides a richer answer, but it is slower and also costs 25 credits. Each follow up question uses additional credits. The credit prices, 1 for GPT 3.5 and 25 for GPT 4, reflect the costs we have to operate these cutting edge AI models.

Are there limitations to these AI models?
Absolutely. The best answers are from summarizing and extrapolating from specific documents such as earnings calls, press releases and annual reports. We provide direct links to these source documents to get high value answers. For broader macro questions, or questions about a company valuation (going beyond the source documents), our models have not been trained for that yet but it is something we are eager to consider for the iterations ahead.
